You can search for an article relating to your issue. If you are unable to find one, or the available ones
do not solve your issue, click the "Create a Ticket" link underneath the search bar to go to the normal IT
Helpdesk page.
This page is not designed to be a replacement for IT Helpdesk, which will remain in operation. It is
designed to provide answers to common problems in an easy and fast way.
This is still in early development, so please allow time for articles to be written.
